Important for INVERTER owners
Inverter systems are sensitive to installation quality. Incorrect air evacuation, leak testing or pipe connections can lead to early faults and reduced efficiency. We follow proper commissioning procedures to protect the system and extend lifespan.
Best for: cleaning, leaks, weak cooling
Indoor & outdoor units:
Filter, evaporator, condenser, blower cleaning
Drain line flush
Airflow & basic electrical safety check
Basic performance check
Best for: faults that are not solved in Standard Service
Electrical checks:
Voltage, load & wiring inspection
Capacitor / contactor replacement
Compressor check
Fan / noise / vibration diagnosis
Refrigerant / gas charge adjustement
Best for: installations, inverter issues, complex faults
Advanced computer diagnostics:
Superheat & Subcooling
Copper pipe brazing with dry nitrogen for clean connection
Torque wrench nut tightening
Pipe line pressure test using dry nitrogen
Deep vacuum air & moisture removal for extending lifespan of the system
Before releasing refrigerant, we pressurize the system with dry nitrogen to detect even microscopic leaks. The system is monitored under stable pressure to ensure complete sealing. This prevents future gas loss and guarantees long-term reliability inside walls and ceilings.
After pressure testing, we evacuate the system using a professional vacuum pump and micron gauge to below 500 microns. This removes air and moisture from the pipes. Proper evacuation prevents acid formation, protects the compressor, and ensures maximum cooling efficiency.
Dual Separate Pipe Insulation
Each copper refrigerant line is insulated individually. Separate insulation prevents condensation, reduces thermal loss, and improves system efficiency. This also protects walls and ceilings from moisture damage over time.
Precision Torque Tightening
Flare connections are tightened using a calibrated torque wrench according to manufacturer specifications. Correct torque prevents both under-tightening (which causes leaks) and over-tightening (which damages fittings). This ensures secure and durable refrigerant connections.
